Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. 


Responsible for monitoring the brand's marketing performance, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and identifying opportunities for growth.


Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.




Duties And Responsibilities

On Communication


- Develop and implement an integrated communication plan encompassing social media, traditional media, documentary production, and event communications.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with the press, social media influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), particularly within the healthcare professional (HCP) community. Develop a trusted network of collaborators to support corporate events, campaigns, and other strategic initiatives.


- Develop KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of plan implementation and adjust strategies based on performance insights.


- Understand the specific strengths of traditional media channels and social media platforms. Develop tailored strategies by adapting content, tone, and engagement tactics to align with the unique features, audience dynamics, and objectives of each platform.


On Content Creation


- Create platform-specific content tailored to each platform's unique format, audience preferences, and engagement style, ensuring relevance and maximum impact.


- Ensure content consistency with tones, styles, and messaging in order to uphold brand identity.


On Performance Metrics


- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rates and conversion rates to identify trends.


- Submit regular reports on marketing performance, competitors benchmark and social media presence, and adapt our communication strategy accordingly by optimizing actions to enhance reach and boost engagement across platforms.


On Customer Engagement and Relationship Management


Foster relationships with digital and non-digital communities by actively engaging in two-way communication with customers.


- Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and feedback on social and digital channels and platforms to ensure effective communication.


On Crisis Communication Management


- Develop a crisis communication plan on traditional media channels and social media platforms, to swiftly address potential brand issues and maintain brand reputation.


- Monitor social media platforms closely during a crisis and communicate transparently and promptly with followers and customers to maintain public trust at all times.


On Budget Management


- Manage the communication budget effectively by tracking spending, ensuring campaigns remain within budget while achieving set goals.


- Strategically allocate resources for paid campaigns to maximize impact and reach.


On Events Management


- Develop and execute a strategic communication plan tailored to exhibitions and events (pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications) aimed at maximizing consistent brand visibility and engagement.


- Identify and explore opportunities for participation in national and international exhibitions and events. Coordinate needed quotations, handle logistical planning and setup, and follow up on implementation to ensure all materials, displays, and technology are properly arranged and fully operational.


- Coordinate the event setup timeline and resource allocation, proactively addressing any on-site issues to ensure smooth execution.


- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand exhibition stands that attract attendees and convey the brand’s value proposition.
