About the role:
As a Marketing
Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between strategy
and execution. You will optimize our marketing activities to ensure our brand
message reaches the right audience effectively. You will support our broader
marketing strategy by coordinating key initiatives, managing our social media
presence, and providing insights through market research.
Key responsibilities:
Social media
management
- Create, schedule, and publish posts on social
media platforms
- Monitor and engage with audience comments and
messages
- Optimize content planning based on performance
data
- Maintain and update monthly content calendars
Newsletter
management
- Create newsletters, ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives
- Optimize content and layout based on data insights
Internal
communications
- Organize internal campaigns and events to foster
collaboration, innovation, and team spirit across units and countries
- Create engaging internal newsletters to keep
teams informed and connected
- Manage internal communication channels, such as
the intranet, email, and Teams
- Assist in crafting a unique and engaging
onboarding experience for new employees
Content
coordination
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to
develop visuals and content
- Proofread and ensure consistency in messaging
- Maintain and organize marketing materials
Team support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and
initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks like meeting notes
and project tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed
- Research marketing trends, tools, or new
opportunities
- Provide support for event planning and execution
if needed
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation. A B2B technology background is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft messages for different audiences and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a talent for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and share actionable insights.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, results-driven attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
