Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our customers. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular stock audits.
- Collaborate with suppliers and transportation providers to negotiate contracts, optimize delivery routes, and manage costs.
- Implement and maintain logistics processes and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
- Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Experience as an admin in the furniture or interior industry would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
