As we digitize and scale our financial operations, we are looking for a sharp, solution-driven Junior Accountant to own financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and compliance with financial regulations. This role supports the finance team efficiently across Saudi, UAE, and Lebanon.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. In this role, you will support the Finance Team with day-to-day accounting operations, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and ensure timely processing of transactions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the smooth execution of financial processes and contribute to maintaining compliance with local regulations.

This role requires Arabic and English fluency and the ability to work remotely and collaboratively within a dynamic finance team.
Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping:
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software accurately.
Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Managing inter-company transactions
Reconciliations & Reporting:
Perform bank reconciliations and to ensure all records accuracy in financial records.
Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate tracking of financial obligations.
Tax & Compliance Support:
Assist in tax filing preparation (VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and company policies.
Budgeting & Expense Monitoring:
Support in monitoring budgets and controlling expenses.
Assist in analyzing financial data for forecasting and decision-making.
Audit & Documentation:
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirement : Fluent in Arabic and English,.
Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills.
Knowledge in accounting principles and financial regulations of KSA and UAE.
Experience working in a remote and cross-functional team.
Organizational skills and ability to own projects from start to finish
Arabic & English Fluency
2-3 years of experience in accounting or relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
E-invoicing (FATOORA) Knowledge is needed.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
Handling multi-currency accounting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with accounting and finance software. Knowledge of Nexudus and Xero is a plus
