Job Description

  • Adhere to service management process & service level agreement .
  • Carry out in-depth technical research for the designated tasks and create detailed recommendation reports.
  • Play a crucial role in the software or hardware product rollout cycle by providing significant insights.
  • Execute the required research to create accurate documents and reports.

Skills

  • Skilled in remotely installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers.
  • Well-versed in deploying customized images of OS for the purpose of enabling a rapid computer setup.
  • Good command of remote processing of computing components and spare parts.
  • Proven track record of fixing bugs and errors on various smartphone operating systems.
