Job Description
A Reputable Company located in Dekweneh is seeking to recruit an IT Support Specialist.
Main Duties:
- Provide first and second-level support for ERP-related issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the ERP system.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of ERP modules to meet business needs.
- Provide IT support for all other technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective use of ERP functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
