IT Infrastructure Specialist

Presentail is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of networking, security, server administration, and databases. Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems to support the company's operations. Monitor network performance, security, and availability to ensure optimal functioning. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues as they arise. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data. Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement new technologies and upgrades. Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT systems and applications. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure.
