Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process while demonstrating excellent customer services and professionalism and following up with customers.
He / She will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers
- Source new qualified leads through Lead generation platform based on different digital tools followed by calls and emails.
- Make sure the set of monthly expected targets of leads are generated properly on monthly basis while preserving qualification criteria.
- Use Proactive and Reactive methods in generating Qualified Lead
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales reps for further development into the sale cycle until closure
- Understand customer needs and requirements over the phone.
- Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
