OurOpportunity


The role holder will support our Human Resources department and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. This is an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic person interested in HR to support the growth and efficiency of Siren, and work in an engaging and pleasant work environment.


YouWill


  • Responsible for employee trainings, scheduling and follow-up.
  • Performing data entry of pertinent personnel information on the HRMS and keeping it up to date.
  • Opening personnel files for new employees.
  • Managing the HRMS.
  • Reviewing invoice sheets.
  • Developing data collection systems to optimise data quality.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Briefing project personnel on policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and that personnel files are maintained electronic and hardcopy.
  • Reviewing time sheets and report discrepancies.
  • Assisting with administrative duties related to new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
  • Coordinating with employees to fill in the insurance and social security papers.
  • Other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
  • Taking charge of all HR administrative tasks & staff information requests.
  • Taking charge of staff enquiries, contracts renewal, and events and activities planning.

Requirements

To Be Successful in The Role You Will Need


Essential


  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  •  2+ years’ of experience as an HR Officer or relevant role.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects, time management, inter-personal skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.

Desirable


  • Masters’ degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience with HR software.
