Job Summary:As a Human Resources - Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing learning and development initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with HR and other departments to assess training needs, design training programs, and monitor their effectiveness.Job Responsibility:- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and goals- Develop training programs and materials based on identified needs- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics- Update and maintain training records and databases- Assist in implementing onboarding programs for new employees- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentCandidate Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field- Proven experience in coordinating learning and development initiatives- Strong understanding of training design principles and adult learning theories- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders- Organizational skills and attention to detail- Certification in training or learning and development is a plus
