Job Description

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit an HR Specialist.

Main Duties:

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 
  • Explains the Human Resources procedures to all department heads and makes sure it's well communicated across the teams.
  • Meets frequently with the Executive Manager to discuss possible actions to be taken.
