Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
Oversee the complete recruitment process from posting vacancies to onboarding new employees.
Promote company’s brand and values, ensuring potential candidates understand our commitment to quality and excellence.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or consulting environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring teams effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
