Job Description

  • Creation and processing of WFC Plan, Salary Setup, ICP, TCS, Benefit Plans/Programs, self-service applications, processing Enrollments
  • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting and support services
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality

Skills

  • Expertise in HCM Oracle Fusion modules (Oracle Fusion HCM Base Cloud Service, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Time and Labor)
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM module are plus.
  • knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is considered an advantage
