we are looking for an HR Generalist who you will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy implementation, ensuring smooth HR operations to work remotely from Lebanon.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and HR reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support performance management and training programs
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or remote work environment
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
GCC experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
