• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Manage payroll processing, including tax calculations and deductions in line with Lebanese regulations
• Follow up on renewal of all company’s official documents and contracts
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities
• Manage recruitment activities, headhunting, resume screening and interview scheduling
• Prepare and conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
• Ensure that the branch manager is qualified and competent to handle the demands of their jobs and achieve their objectives.
• Ensure effective customer service in the branch and coordinate with the floor supervisor to respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Oversee the performance of the employees in terms of quality of products/customer service and cleanliness through the branch operations and the wholesale distribution review.
• Ensure the compliance of branch with Food Safety norms
• Work closely with the accountancy for invoicing and collection
• Match company’s daily invoices with uploaded goods (cross check the quantity, product and price)
• Proven experience as an HR
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Experience in F&B
