Job Description
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Events manager and/or Wedding planner on the core needs and seating arrangement
- Facilitate and manage discreetly and gently the seating of the guests in alignment with the seating plan provided by the Events Manager and/or Wedding Planner
- Align with the core requirements of the venue
- Ability to adapt to the changes introduced to the seating arrangements
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and professionally deal with clients and team delegates
