A case management company for auto injuries is a business that helps individuals who have been injured in car accidents manage their medical care and recovery process. They coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and legal entities to ensure that the injured person receives the necessary treatment, support, and benefits throughout their recovery.
The company may offer services such as injury assessment, treatment planning , medical billing, and coordination with healthcare providers and insurance companies. You will be involved in overseeing these operations, ensuring quality care for patients, and managing the business aspects of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with operations.
- Medical Case Manager: Answer Patient's questions about their case/ update patient with their cases, being able to sort out patients medical records/ calling/ scheduling, managing patients case as a case manager.
- Email Management: Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails professionally on behalf of the CEO.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, send reminders, and optimize the CEO’s calendar.
- Research Assistance: Conduct research, prepare reports, and gather presentation information.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, document management, and administrative tasks.
- Cold Calling and Marketing: Conduct small-scale cold calls for networking, assist with marketing campaigns, and maintain a contact database.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, assist with lead generation, and develop business strategies.
Problem-Solving: Proactively tackle challenges and contribute creative solutions.
Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive or virtual assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Zoom and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent phone communication skills and a great personality
- Fast Learner
- Can handle heavy workload
