Job Description

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales Lubricants.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell lubricant products to target customers within the assigned territory.
  • Lead and manage a team of outdoor sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress regularly.
  • Take proactive measures to address any performance gaps and ensure the team achieves or exceeds the set targets. 
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to the senior management team, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Achieve the assigned sales volume for the handled market segment and within the set period.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
