Presentail is looking for a Head of Growth to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques Proficient in data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives Optimize conversion funnels and improve overall user experience Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement in growth strategies Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers to achieve department goals
