Job Description

Key Responsibilities


●Contribute to the formulation of corporate strategies, objectives, and activities as a member of the top management team.
●Ensure the effective cascading of organizational objectives within the department.
●Manage client’s meeting and interpret brief to understand media requirements.
●Play a key role in the communication of the brief to the Media Coordination Department and manage media strategy implementation.
●Lead Media Department sessions for project kick-offs.
●Oversee multiple accounts through the digital advertising process from planning to ending campaigns. 
●Establish in coordination with Media Specialist the general media strategy for all social and digital campaigns.
●Approve media proposals and plans that meet the clients’ business objectives and that advance their digital and social media brand strategy.
●Manage the client/agency communication and build long-term relationships, covering brief and proposals meetings, budget and ads approval and campaign reports and updates.
●Facilitate the workflow and communication to ensure that deadlines are efficiently and consistently met from inception to broadcast, placement, or implementation of an advertisement.
●Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process.
●Allocate budgets according to client’s approved quotations and monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
●Manage media booking and build strong connections with media professionals / preferred vendors.
●Oversee the negotiation and buying of client’s advertising inventory and ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.
●Manage media department’s daily meetings to be aligned on campaign’s status performance and issues to resolve.
●Oversee the coordination, optimization and evaluation of media mix campaigns and tactics.
●Follow-up technical issues related to back-end problems with concerned parties / platforms support.
●Lead experiment with new platforms and channels and come up with new techniques and solutions to optimize.
●Prepare media tenders and pitches and provide Business Development Department with all needed input for quotations.
●Work closely with Head of Client Success Department to share campaign briefs and materials and ensure success of digital marketing programs and initiatives.
●Coordinate with Head of Business Support to follow-up on invoicing payments and spend sheets.
●Supervise and inspire its department to implement media plans for successful campaigns.
●Collaborate with other concerned Head of Departments to coordinate the execution of each project and ensure alignment of marketing and creative activities to achieve high performance standards.
●Act as a focal point between department members and CEO to enhance internal communication. 
●Set Media Unit’s performance objectives, in coordination with CEO, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and unit strategic objectives and communicate periodic performance reports to provide evaluation results and recommend improvements.
●Review department’s key performance indicators results, suggest improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed. 
●Provide all required reports regarding the performance of the Media Department to the CEO and be accountable for the performance. 
●Provide input and support in the process of effective manpower planning including recruitment, orientation, training, developing, and enhancing capabilities of staff in the department and ensuring a high level of employee engagement and motivated work environment. 
●Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the department.
●Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit, learning and growth of individuals, groups and departments that will facilitate change and continuous improvement in the department.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


●Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media and Communications or any relevant 


●Master’s Degree in any relevant field is a plus 


●6-10 years of relevant experience including a managerial role


●Experience in a creative agency is preferable
