Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmatic Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful programmatic campaigns. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic media buys to achieve our marketing and business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, and other programmatic platforms. This includes setting up campaigns, managing budgets, optimizing bids, and analyzing performance. Audience Targeting: Develop and implement sophisticated audience targeting strategies using first-party, second-party, and third-party data to reach desired demographics and achieve campaign objectives. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Platform Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of various programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon ) and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, including DSPs, data providers, and suppliers , to ensure smooth campaign execution and optimal performance. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, to align programmatic strategies with overall business objectives. Innovation: Explore and test new programmatic technologies, strategies, and tactics to drive innovation and improve campaign performance. Development : Working with line manager and team leadership to help train and develop junior team members. Leading by example to motivate and encourage those with less experience.

K EY Skills Experience



Confidence in core trading platforms, DV360, TTD and Amazon. Market-leading knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic operations & campaign management. A good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem which includes programmatic tech - SSPs/ ad exchanges, DSPs, ad servers, and data providers In-depth knowledge of media vendors, platforms, verification partners and DSPs such as Display and Video 360, the Trade Desk, Amazon, etc. Familiarity of running campaigns through various buying and deal types including OMP, PMP, programmatic guaranteed with the ability to differentiate each Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; sharp attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good communication & verbal skills Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines * Positive team player with a strong passion for programmatic & ad tech.
