Job Description

This job targets a talented and creative Graphic Designer having a strong background in graphic design with a specific focus on packaging and print design. This role involves creating visually appealing designs for corrugated cardboard packaging and printed materials, working closely with our production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop and design creative and effective packaging solutions for corrugated cardboard products, including boxes, displays, and other related items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, including brand guidelines, target audience, and design objectives.
  • Prepare and review design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize design software and tools to produce digital mockups and prototypes for client approval and internal review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • +2 years of Proven experience as a Graphic Designer. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging and print design is a plus
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines
  • Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines when work speed and sustained accuracy are paramount
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing principles, with experience applying these principles to packaging design.
  • Languages: Arabic, English, French is a plus
