Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and managing guest requests
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
