Job Description

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Food Safety Supervisor.

Main Duties:

  • Monitor all food handlers to make sure that all food-handling tasks are properly and safely carried out.
  • Recognize and prevent food safety hazards in the food business.
  • Ensure that food handlers maintain safe personal hygiene.
  • Ensure that food safety program is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  • Complete all the required training.
  • Responsible for tracking traceability of finished products.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive food safety programs and policies.
  • Train and certify staff in food safety practices, protocols, and compliance requirements to ensure a knowledgeable workforce.

Skills

  • Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Technology, or any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role, mainly within the F&B industry.
  • Certification in food safety management such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
