Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Hostess to join our team. The Hostess will greet guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure they have a positive dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Take reservations and manage the seating chart
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hostess or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
