Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to gather insights and report findings.
- Maintain regular communication with the sales team.
- Develop and execute marketing plans in coordination with top management.
- Create and oversee in-store marketing communications and promotional materials.
- Manage merchandising activities.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and events.
- Oversee media bookings and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor stock inventory and coordinate product reordering.
- Develop PRDs and MRDs for new brands, comparing features and identifying key differentiator.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition through customer visits and market research.
- Establish performance metrics and track KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports to top management.
- Perform additional tasks as required within the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, adaptability, and innovation skills.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant computer applications.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Dynamic personality with a strong sense of initiative.
