Job Description

  • 1- Review staff schedule
  • 2-Manage staff break
  • 3- Ensure staff are available and on time
  • 4- review cashier report and transition to 2nd shift
  • 5- execute transition between shifts
  • 6- Follow on incident tickets
  • 7- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • 8- Full monitoring on the whole floor operation
  • 9- Report to partners for any major incident
