Fleet Supervisor

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Fleet Supervisor.

Main Duties : 

• Discuss and validate fleet maintenance quotations, repair costs, and issue the related purchase orders.
• Follow up on vehicles insurance/accidents log file (damage estimations , expert reports , repair invoices , credit notes )
• Ensure the implementation of established fleet maintenance policies and procedures.
• Follow up to solve all fleet urgent cases and failures
• Perform routine inspections of Vehicles as per the proactive maintenance SOP.
• Develop and follow-up the periodic preventive maintenance schedule for the Company’s vehicles (body repairs, mechanical, electrical, cooling units, boxes & insulation).
• Maintaining fleet good shape and cleanliness.
