Job Description

Job scope:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy through advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic insights. This role combines responsibilities from both financial analysis and data analytics, focusing on supporting business decisions, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. The FP&A Lead will be instrumental in providing actionable insights through financial analysis, data visualization, and comprehensive reporting.


Job Duties:


  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning, investment decisions, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Valuation: Conduct company and project valuations, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
  • Dashboard Creation & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze customer and financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Feasibility Studies & Growth Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and business initiatives, analyze growth-related aspects of the business including market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, providing insights into potential financial outcomes and risks.
  • Fundraising Support: Assist in preparing financial information and presentations for fundraising efforts, including investor decks and financial projections.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, customer trends, sales performance, and other key metrics for management and stakeholders.
  • Tool & Process Management: Manage and optimize financial software, data visualization tools, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
  • Strategic Support: Provide insights into financial performance and strategic initiatives to support decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry standards, best practices in financial modeling, data analysis, dashboard creation, and continuously improve processes
