Job Summary:
As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls within the finance department. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Help in ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procedures
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolving any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information for reporting purposes
- Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance department or accounting firm
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and discretion
