Job Description

A reputable company is seeking to recruit a Field Sales Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Close monitoring of field force activities to achieve established sales targets.
  • Coach field force on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
  • Ensure proper coverage of customers as per the agreed action plan.
  • Accurate and updated database for each territory, identify new customers and add them to the existing customer database.
  • Monitor the supply of products to customers as per their purchase requests.
  • Review of the financial and payments from customers.
  • Introduce the Company’s products to customers, ensure the marketing message is properly received by customers, and match the marketing department strategy.
  • Develop a business plan for each product.
  • Analyze business potential, opportunities, and challenges in your assigned area and report to your superior.
  • Provide competitor feedback to the management and propose an action plan to develop an impactful business plan.
  • Promote the Company’s image and products through professional presentations.
  • Track ROI on major events that had been done.
