Job Description
A reputable company is seeking to recruit a Field Sales Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve assigned targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Close monitoring of field force activities to achieve established sales targets.
Coach field force on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
Ensure proper coverage of customers as per the agreed action plan.
Accurate and updated database for each territory, identify new customers and add them to the existing customer database.
Monitor the supply of products to customers as per their purchase requests.
Review of the financial and payments from customers.
Introduce the Company’s products to customers, ensure the marketing message is properly received by customers, and match the marketing department strategy.
Develop a business plan for each product.
Analyze business potential, opportunities, and challenges in your assigned area and report to your superior.
Provide competitor feedback to the management and propose an action plan to develop an impactful business plan.
Promote the Company’s image and products through professional presentations.
