We're looking for a Project Manager to join the Factory Operations team and take part into supporting Murex to deliver its strategies through the enabling & creation of capabilities & operational excellence for product development.

The Team:

• The factory delivers a portfolio of epics and corrective maintenance items which has been negotiated with product strategy and clients:

  
  

  • With a control of work in progress according to factory capacity.

    
    

  • At the right cost for Murex

    
    

  • With the right quality and timelines according to Murex and client standards.

    
    

  • With a control of technical debt.

    
    

• The factory scales up or down across different production centers to accompany Murex strategy.

  
  

• The factory is managed as a profit center with a budget.

  
  

• The factory benefits from continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools.

  
  

• The factory benefits from a long-term investment strategy encompassing people, code, tests, methods, and tools to support company strategy evolution.

Your Role:

The factory operation team is responsible for:

• Continuous improvement of factory standards, practices, methods, and tooling.

  
  

• Continuous operational excellence.

  
  

• Reporting on Capacity management of the factory.

  
  

• Owning the epic backlog and the lifecycle of the epics from start to closure including risk management.

  
  

• Reporting on the investment allocations and where the factory is spending its resources.

  
  

• Reporting on the epics, features and user stories executed in the teams and trains.

  
  

• Setting up targets and objectives for the factory for the current and upcoming periods.

  
  

• Reporting on leading and lagging indicators.

  
  

• Working closely, Collaborating & Communicating with various stakeholders including VFPMs, Domains, Agile trains etc.

  
  

• Executing at scale with the appropriate pace, delivery predictability and Quality

  
  

• Epic lifecycle including epic and epic owner readiness.

  
  

• Impediments that are preventing epic deliveries or slowing its execution.

  
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  
  

• 4 years of project management or consulting experience in technology focused business

  
  

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  
  

• Strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving.

  
  

• Ability to both widen and deepen the knowledge on the technical side as well as on project management practices.

  
  

• Experience leading process improvement, solutions development, and project management.

  
  

• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  
  

• Experience in Agile methodologies (SAFE) is a plus
