Export Specialist

Presentail is looking for an Export Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the export of our products to international markets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Previous experience in export operations and familiarity with international trade regulations. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with export documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export strategies to expand our market reach. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, shipping records, and customs forms. Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive at their destination on time. Stay up to date on international trade laws and regulations to ensure compliance.* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.
