Our customer, an innovative HealthTech & InsurTech start-up based in Beirut, Lebanon, is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Executive Secretary to support its leadership team. What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Manage Executive Workflow – Oversee calendars, emails, and travel plans for the CEO and leadership team.
🔹 Facilitate Communication – Act as a primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
🔹 Support Key Decision-Making – Track action items, prepare reports, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
🔹 Maintain Confidentiality & Organization – Handle sensitive documents, legal agreements, and company records with precision.
🔹 Streamline Operations – Improve administrative processes and contribute to workflow efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
✔️ 3+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
✔️ Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
✔️ Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✔️ Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with care.
✔️ Able to thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment, anticipating needs before they arise.
