Presentail is looking for an Employee Engagement Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or related area Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation Collaborate with departments to create a positive work environment Organize and oversee team-building activities and events Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction Resolve employee conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies Monitor and track employee performance and attendance Report on key employee engagement metrics to management Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement
