Job Summary:
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and directing the sales team to meet organizational goals and objectives. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
