Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Work following media plan and show understanding and relevance to the client’s target audience
  • Participate in crafting digital ads that meet the clients’ business objectives and that advance their digital and social media brand strategy
  • Participate in multiple projects through the digital advertising process from planning to ending campaigns
  • Support in the implementation of media plans and proposals for different brands
  • Familiarize with current media channels and advertising options
  • Compose, gather and check campaign’s material before kickoff
  • Launch and monitor social advertising campaigns using some platforms/tools such as Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Assist in monitoring all live campaigns especially during peak season
  • Assist in optimizing campaign per platform to deliver strict KPIs with the lowest cost
  • Prepare paid advertising performance reports during and after delivery of the campaign
  • Keep track of ad spend and conversions
  • Send spend reports, profit sharing and other campaign invoices to Senior Media Coordinator
  • Refer to Senior Media Coordinator for daily updates and follow-up on ads’ pending materials
  • Conduct user research to better understand customers’ needs and behaviors and help improve the user experience
  • Stay aware of the latest trends and innovations in the field
  • Develop knowledge on various platforms and pass certification tests such as google ads, snapchats
  • Brainstorm within teams to develop advertising solutions, to discuss client requirements and to coordinate marketing activities
  • Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit
  • Nurture a healthy creative innovative work environment

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Communication or any relevant field
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (digital marketer, media planner, media coordinator)
  • Experience in a media agency, creative agency or company’s marketing department
