Presentail is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:



Proven work experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Experience working with CRM software. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:



Onboard new customers and provide them with product training. Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product development team. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience. Monitor customer usage metrics to identify potential churn risks and take proactive steps to prevent customer loss.* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success.
