Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
Assist in finding relevant clients and customers by collaborating with the company's many teammates.
Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
Create a systematic methodology for maintaining the accuracy and relevant information to facilitate the quick assessment of clients.
Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.
Sales & Membership Growth: Engage with potential clients, conduct gym tours, close membership sales, and upsell to existing members.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to members, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
Phone Calls & Follow-Ups: Reach out to leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Social Media & WhatsApp Management: Create engaging content, respond to messages, and promote gym services on Instagram and WhatsApp.
Retention & Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.

In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
Proven experience in sales and customer service (fitness industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
Experience managing social media and WhatsApp for a business or brand.
Energetic, friendly, and confident personality.
Ability to work in a results-driven environment and meet sales targets.
