Presentail is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Achrafieh office. As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in customer service or relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and tools.

Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and acquisition efforts. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
