Presentail is looking for a Customer Loyalty Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or account management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Familiarity with customer relationship management software Strong problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction Manage customer accounts and address any inquiries or issues in a timely manner Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop personalized engagement strategies Design and execute customer loyalty programs Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback Track key performance indicators related to customer loyalty and satisfaction Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their needs are being met
