Presentail is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Achrafieh office. Requirements:- Proven experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service softwareResponsibilities:- Oversee and improve customer service operations- Develop and implement customer experience strategies- Train and support customer service team members- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
