Presentail is looking for a Culture Manager to join our Achrafieh office. As the Culture Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment for our team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture. You will also be in charge of planning team-building activities and events to foster a sense of community within the company.

Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Passion for promoting a positive work culture

Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Plan and organize team-building activities and events
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess the company's culture
- Collaborate with management to address any culture-related issues
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open communication
- Monitor and promote a positive work environment
- Coordinate with the HR department to implement policies and programs that support the company's culture
