Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM Administrator to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management system, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal functionality. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, customize the CRM system to meet our business needs, and provide ongoing support and training to users. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customize the CRM system to meet the specific needs of our organization, including configuring user roles, permissions, and data fields.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement new features, enhancements, and workflows.
  3. Manage and maintain the CRM system, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
  4. Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  5. Provide training and support to users, ensuring they understand how to use the CRM system effectively.
  6. Monitor data quality and accuracy, implementing data cleansing and data migration as needed.
  7. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data and business performance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM administration and recommend system improvements and enhancements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM administration or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  3. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience with data management and data analysis.
  8. Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
