Objective:


Create a comprehensive Excel spreadsheet comparing digital transformation services offered by various companies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The goal is to understand how these companies' offerings compare to COMPANY X services.


Tasks:


1. Research and identify companies offering digital transformation services in the MENA region, including but not limited to:


   - Strategy consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Booz Allen Hamilton, Oliver Wyman)


   - IT and technology players (e.g., IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Protiviti, Tech Mahindra)


   - Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY)


   - Marketing and creative companies (e.g., Omnicom Group, WPP, Publicis Groupe)


   - Enterprise software and cloud companies (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce)


2. For each company, research and document their offerings in the following categories:


   a. Digital and strategy consulting


   b. Brand and experience design


   c. Product delivery


   d. Data and generative AI


   e. Digital Marketing


   f. Cloud & infrastructure


3. Use COMPANY X offerings as a benchmark for comparison (details to be provided after hiring).


4. Include services offered by subsidiaries or acquired companies (e.g., BCG X for BCG, Quantum Black for McKinsey).


5. Identify any additional relevant companies not mentioned in the initial list.


Deliverables:


1. Excel spreadsheet with the following structure:


   - Rows: Companies researched (including parent companies and subsidiaries)


   - Columns: Specific services under each main category (as per Company X's offering list)


   - Cells: Indicate with a checkmark (✓) if the company offers the specific service


2. One-slide summary visual:


   - Left side (vertical): All researched companies


   - Top (horizontal): Main categories and specific services


   - Body: Checkmarks indicating which companies offer which services


Additional Instructions:


- Ensure thorough research using company websites, press releases, and reputable industry sources.


- Clearly distinguish between services offered directly by the company and those offered through subsidiaries or acquisitions.


- If a service offering is unclear or ambiguous, mark it with a different symbol and provide a note explaining the uncertainty.


- Aim for accuracy and comprehensiveness in your research.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in market research, business analysis, or consulting, preferably in the technology sector
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation technologies, services, and trends
  • Familiarity with the MENA region's business landscape and cultural nuances
  • Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Strong writing and reporting skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Experience with research methodologies and market analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
