Presentail is looking for a Community Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of social media platforms and trends Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience in customer service is a plus Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our online community Create and maintain relationships with customers and followers Monitor online conversations and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner Plan and execute online events and campaigns to increase brand awareness Analyze and report on social media KPIs to track performance and improve strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and maintain brand consistency Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
