Job Description

A Reputable Organization located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Community Manager.

Main Duties:

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with different stakeholders to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a responsible manner.
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for the audience.
  • Work closely with the Digital Media & Production Officer to brainstorm and develop new communication and reach ideas relevant to the organization’s active projects. 
  • Write, edit, and proofread social media content.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
  • Create and update the quarterly/yearly communication calendar.
  • Handle the website Backoffice (SEO) through continuously updating the information, while adding relevant program content, pictures, and logos.
  • Conceptualize and design the organization’s yearly annual report. 
  • Handle the organization’s mail chimp account from designing and creating campaigns, email templates, and audience tags.
  • Ensure that all content on social media feeds align with the organization’s mission, specific project strategies, and approved calendar.
