As we are keen on building a strong community, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Engagement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering meaningful connections between our organization and its community of mentees and mentors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development and professional mentorship, with a proven track record in engagement strategies and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engagement strategies to connect with mentees and mentors, ensuring their active involvement and retention within the organization.
Develop a calendar of engagement activities throughout the year.
Regularly communicate with mentees and mentors to assess needs, provide support, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate workshops, networking events, webinars, team tasks, and other activities to foster community among mentees and mentors.
Utilize social media and other platforms to promote engagement initiatives and highlight success stories within the community.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to measure the impact of activities and identify areas for improvement.

Youth to Professionals (YouthtoPro) is a non-profit social enterprise connecting Arab youth with Professionals in diverse fields worldwide. Our purpose is to “Empower Arab youth to become effective, productive citizens and build their communities,” and we do this by providing mentorship and coaching services to university students. The founding members working to achieve this vision are composed of 5 women, putting all their experience over the years in creating an initiative that would help build our Arab youth and communities.
