A HIGHLY METICULOUS, PROACTIVE CHIEF ACCOUNTANT is required to join our group of companies based in Baabda.
PRECISION, CONSISTENCY, RELIABILITY and the ability to work AUTONOMOUSLY are compulsory.
Candidates are required to work INDEPENDENTLY.
Able to thrive in a deadline driven environment.
Working experience in PIMS2 and BRAINS accounting software will be highly considered
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process accounting data entry transactions (Invoicing, JV, PV…)
• Maintain highly organized and updated soft and hard copies filing
• Conclude end of month closing (depreciation, accruals, provision, difference of exchange...) in addition to monthly reconciliations
• Finalize internal reporting within agreed time schedule (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P/L…)
• Able to submit Taxation filings (CNSS, Payroll, VAT, Income Tax…)
• Cooperates with Tax Authorities in case of tax reviews
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum progressive experience of 10 years as Senior & Chief Accountant.
• Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office mainly Outlook & Excel.
