Job Description

  • Assist culinary team to enhance team spirit, develop credibility, respect, openness and trust.
  • Maintaining the kitchen equipment and ensuring their longevity to execute kitchen operations properly.
  • Analyze the quality standards of ingredients by focusing on their storage, utility, and impact.
  • Ensure that all the ingredients fall under the established quality standards and if they’re correctly ordered.
  • In Downtown

  • Flexibility to work different shifts and during weekends.
  • Team work
  • Industrial knowledge and skills to handle the various responsibilities of a Chef de partie.
  • Can work in a team and contribute to the development of various kitchen operation strategies for the firm's overall improvement.
